According to Wikipedia, the non-surgical rhinoplasty procedure has been around since the turn of the 19th century when doctors in New York City and Vienna used liquid paraffin to fill low places in the nose.

And, like in some advertisements, the procedure has come a long, long way since then.

Now, at least 116 years later, a permanent, non-surgical rhinoplasty cost is 80 percent less expensive than a surgical rhinoplasty. The non-surgical version is good only for marks on the outside of the nose.

Many revision rhinoplasty cases are also right for non-surgical rhinoplasty.

Revision rhinoplasties are often done after a patient is not pleased with the shape, size or appearance after a first nose job. Or maybe that first surgery created breathing problems or other complications.

But what does “80 percent less than surgery” mean in real world cost of plastic surgery charges?

The non-surgical rhinoplasty cost is usually $1250 per treatment, with most patients requiring three visits, separated by a wait of six or more weeks.

But because so many people are anxious to take advantage of the procedure, we now charge $1000 per visit if the entire amount for three visits is paid in advance. If you need a 4th or 5th visit, we honor the reduced price.

Good deal? You decide! Compare the non-surgical rhinoplasty cost ($600 to $700) using a temporary filler like the vast majority of cosmetic plasic surgeons. Fillers like Restylane or Juvederm dissolve in six to eight months leaving your nose in its previous state.

Perhaps you think the procedure may be right for your nose, but how do you know for sure? Well, you can add in a real life preview of how well your face will look with a nose that fits your face and flatters your profile. We know it as the “Kotler Saline Demo”

(Watch a video  about the Kotler Saline Demo.)

Here’s how it works: We numb your nose and then inject saline in the low or misshapen places to exactly mimics how the permanent filler will look. The saline soon dissolves, but not before front and profile pictures are taken. Talk it over at home.

The non-surgical rhinoplasty procedure is best for:

  • Dips, divots and depressions
  • Concealing nasal humps or bumps
  • Twisted, crooked or unbalanced noses
  • Those looking for a first surgical rhinoplasty
  • To lift or refine a nasal tip
  • Creating a higher nasal bridge
  • Imperfections due to a broken nose
  • Unbalanced nostrils
